GF Sourdough Starter and Bread Course
This course provides in-depth detail on all aspects of GF sourdough, with a focus on keeping a starter and making bread—stress-free!
You will learn how to feed and use a starter, about all the ingredients and how to swap them, a guide to hydration based on flour brands, equipment, and tips for not over-proofing and having perky beautiful loaves!
The bread-making process is broken down into easy-to-do steps and direct videos, simplifying the process so you can enjoy it and make successful loaves to nourish yourself and your loved ones.
If you have struggled to follow other GF Sourdough guides, resulting in laborious failures, this is especially for you! I’ve been there and explain how to make adjustments to be successful. You’ll be able to adjust Cannelle et Vannille recipes and processes so her entire books will work for you!
All your questions are answered here. I am an email away if you need help. Along with this course, continue to learn with monthly video calls for extra troubleshooting help(at a discounted price).
You will have the tools to make GF Sourdough your own, and your family and friends will be shocked at the quality of the gluten-free bakes you serve; they won’t believe it’s GF! The fiber and nutrients will have your soul singing and the crowds you serve devouring it.
Let’s get started!
Cordelia Starter is NOT required for this course! To get the most benefit from this course, you will need a gluten-free starter fed brown rice flour, as I give detailed instructions for them. I do note the trick to making any starter work.
This course also includes detailed instructions for reviving Cordelia Starter, making pancakes and bread, all in a weekend! (This comes with Cordelia when purchased separately but is also in this course!)
